We love whipping up this easy apple cider martini when Fall and Winter Day roll around, but you can also find us sipping on this all year because it is so good.

If you have been following me for a while, you know I love warm spiced cocktails and this martini is one of our favorites.

If I am not sipping on this martini, I am sipping on my spiced pear martini.

Ingredients

There are just a few ingredients you will need to make this apple cider and vodka martini. It is so simple!

  • Apple cider.
  • Vodka. Your favorite brand.
  • Simple syrup. This is easy.
  • Lemon. This adds brightness to the drink.

See the recipe card for quantities.

Instructions

Making this apple martini is so simple. It is all about adding the ingredients into a cocktail shaker or mason jar and shaking it well.

Steps

  1. Measure out apple cider, Vodka, simple syrup and lemon then add to a cocktail shaker or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Add a cup of ice.
  3. Shake well for about 1 minute or until the cocktail shaker feels cold.
  4. Pour through a strainer into a martini glass. I use a cocktail strainer that comes with my cocktail shaker.
  5. Garnish with an apple slice. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle over the top of the martini.

Substitutions

For this martini recipe, we are using simple syrup to sweeten it up a bit. You can use any sweetener or sweetened liquor to add to it if you prefer. This is your drink and you should make it your way and with what you have on hand.

Variations

While I think this apple cider and vodka martini is perfect as is, you can definitely change out some of the ingredients.

  • Add cinnamon- adding cinnamon to the cocktail will add more Fall spice.
  • Apple cider and vodka - If you prefer to not use simple syrup and like your drinks stronger, you can just omit it and have a pure apple cider and vodka martini.
