Creamy sriracha sauce (spicy mayo) is a delicious combination of sriracha and mayo with a few spices that you probably already have in your pantry. Add this spicy sriracha mayo to chickpea salad (or any salad), hamburger patties , air fryer hot dogs and to seafood like my blackened tuna. Once you try how amazing this is, you will want to put it on everything.

This creamy sriracha mayo starts off with sriracha and mayo and with the addition of some spices, sour cream, mayo and fresh lemon juice it will thin out a bit. The consistency is still thick and creamy making it perfect for sandwiches and meats and drizzling over food that needs a creamy sauce.
It is a little spicy (but not too much) and so full of flavor. This spicy mayo tastes great on almost anything 🙂
