Brisket tacos that are made from leftover brisket are a delicious easy meal! Using leftover brisket for tacos is the best way to make use of any extra brisket and so quick to make.

We make lots of brisket when we make our Jewish beef brisket and that means we will usually end up with leftovers. I like to plan for extras because it makes meal planning so easy and these brisket tacos we always look forward to eating.
These tacos are quick to make and a meal you will look forward to with your leftovers.

Toppings Ideas

Since these are leftover brisket tacos, we aren't doing much cooking, just warming the brisket up in the oven. This lets us have more time to prepare some delicious toppings for these tacos.
- For creamy sauces, we love making our Poblano Sauce or Cilantro Lime Sauce or Creamy Sriracha Sauce, and even our Avocado Yogurt Dip
- For traditional sauces, we enjoy our Pico de Gallo and our Roasted Salsa
