Baked beef meatballs with Parmesan cheese are the answer to what is for dinner on those busy evenings or when you want an effortless way to entertain. This cheesy baked goodness is always a crowd pleaser and so full of flavor.
15-18Precooked Italian beef meatballsthawed not frozen.
3cupsMarinara sauce
1cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
½cupParmigiano Reggiano
3tablespoonOlive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and the meatballs. Once you see a little sizzle in the pan, turn the heat to low and cover and cook them for about 10 minutes or until heated all the way through.
3 tbsp Olive oil, 15-18 Precooked Italian beef meatballs
Grab a 9 x 11 baking dish and ladle one cup of the marinara sauce into the baking dish making sure to coat the entire bottom evenly.
3 cups Marinara sauce
Now, add the heated up meatballs to the baking dish.
Top with the remainig marinara sauce.
Sprinkle the mozzarella over the meatballs and then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over that.
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano
Place the meatballs in the oven on the middle rack for 10 minutes, then move them to the top rack and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden on top.
