6fresh tomatoesquartered then halved.

½cupExtra virgin olive oil
½cupfresh basilcoarsely chopped
¼cupfresh chives and Italian parsleychopped- optional
¼cupItalian olivespitted and coarse chopped
¼cupParmesanfreshly grated
1teaspoonkosher saltplus more to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add all of the checca sauce ingredients to a large bowl.
6 fresh tomatoes, 1 tablespoon Fresh garlic, ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup fresh basil, ¼ cup fresh chives and Italian parsley, ¼ cup Italian olives, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Let sit for at least 15 minutes but up to 1 hour.
Cook the pasta until al dente according to the manufacturers instructions.
