of garlic minced
a heaping 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsely
a heaping 1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil
of shredded fresh parmesan
of olive oil
of vegetable oil
of slivered almonds
Add all of your ingredients to a food processor and blitz until it forms a smooth uniform consistency.
All of the ingredients blended together should yield about 1 cup of pesto. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
