Have you ever tried roasted cabbage? You all know I love my cabbage😄 Roasting cabbage, brings out its natural sweetness and makes it taste so amazing!
I of course added some seasoning (balsamic vinegar , oregano, salt and evoo ) to help out the flavors even more 😋
It is so easy to do and it makes a delicious and beautiful side dish.

I can’t be the only one who eats pumpkin almost

I can’t be the only one who eats pumpkin almost all year round?!? 😋 I absolutely love a great slice of pumpkin cake for breakfast or snack or dessert 😂 If you’re like me, you buy the canned pumpkin because it’s so much easier than trying to make the purée from scratch (imo it’s just as good too) 💯
This recipe is one of my all time favorite recipes for pumpkin bread and it is so darn moist and delicious!
My family loves nibbling on this all day long until it’s gone😊

Sharing with you today a dish that has a favorite sauce of mine, steak tips with rojo chimichurri ❤️😋 I’m really here sharing this red chimichurri which is so absolutely delicious! I know everyone has seen its cousin, the green chimichurri but this red version is just as delicious! It goes so well on so many things and is so easy to make!
